Perkins Beach Methodist Chapel, Stiperstones This is one of the very few rural chapels built in Shropshire in recent years. The chapel was built on land donated by Emily Griffiths, who performed the opening ceremony on 2 May 1993. She described the occasion as the most outstanding, satisfying and proudest moment of her life. The chapel was still in use in 2017 but in 2018 the Methodist Church said that it did not currently have a worshipping congregation and has since been put on the market. Grid ref: SJ 362003
